If you've just created your list's archive at Point Arrow and want to import exisiting messages into the archive, create a new, temporary, list in Arrow and subscribe only the archive address given to you by Point Arrow to the list.

Select all the messages in the "Archived Mail" folder of your existing list and click the "Move" button. Check the "Copy" box at the bottom then select the new list's "Outgoing Mail" folder as the destination.

Click the OK button to copy the messages. "Auto" process your lists ("File" / "Automatically Process All Lists") then delete the temporary list.

Wait about two hours after the messages have been sent then log into your Point Arrow site. Once you see the new messages in the archive, select "Site Administration" then click "[Archives]." In the text near the bottom of the page, click the "click me" link to fix the message times as explained in the paragraph.

Importing messages from your email program (such as Outlook Express) is more difficult. If you wish to do so, please email Roger Smith to discuss how to accomplish this.
